About me: From corporate leader to business owner

For 14 years, I worked as an international senior change management consultant, guiding organizations through transformation. I loved the challenge. But when I became a mom, I realized I didn’t want to choose between ambition and family. I wanted to design a life where both could thrive.

So during my parental leave, I made a bold decision and built my own business. Today I lead an international team from Munich and mentor women who want to grow as leaders without sacrificing the people they love.

Now I’m taking that experience to the U.S., and I’m looking for women who want to build and lead from day one.

About RINGANA: 30 years of fresh skincare from Austria

RINGANA was founded in 1996 in Austria by Andreas Wilfinger and Ulla Wannemacher. Today the company is active in around 40 markets, generated about €300 million in revenue in 2025, and celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.

RINGANA is coming to the U.S.: official launch on November 23, 2026

RINGANA is investing $85 million over five years in Roanoke, Virginia, to build its first U.S. headquarters with local production and distribution.
